Chevy jewel

Hello Douglas,

I got one of these jewels a few years ago from a "dealer" i know quite well, and lives in Belgium now. I actually took this one off a piece of card board, with my own hands. There where about 20 of them..............................................
If i only knew then.
This, however, goes for all things old. Some fellow restorers i meet once every week can clearly remember driving around on both Harley and BMW motorcycles years after the war had ended, they got from the local scrapyard, bought for a cuople of guilders, and simply left them lying in the bushed when they broke down.

Next time i speak to the guy who sold me the jewel, i will ask him if he still has them. Maybe, because he does mainly US (UnServiceable) vehicles.
