Professional restoration

Short of winning the lottery this will never happen but has anyone had there CMPs restored by a third party ? Having two Laat bodied cmps and only possibly planning to keep one, but not wanting to let the other go until one is restored in case parts are needed off the second donor vehicle. It seems reading the forum a restoration done on ones own can take a good few years when you could be out having fun with said vehicle. But having restored an old motorcycle years ago looking back on it the restoration was probably as much fun as riding the bike on completion. any thoughts ?
