I can't live without ...

Hey MLU-ers,

I know you folks can't live without your MLU and CMP's and Blitzes and similar etceteras ... as I can't live without my and my little versatile kitchen tool (aka versatile weapon )
......... I really can't live without this thing, given me by the occupational therapist who came and did a home visit assessment when she came by more than a year ago ... I will NOT part with it!!! (I can't "slice" things normally anymore and this knife is awesome as I can with it!)

Deadly looking thing, isn't it?

So .... what tools and gadgets can you NOT live without? (keep answers clean, ladies present )
