Airborne Re-union 19-21 June 2008

For anyone who had anything to do with the Big Maroon Machine, I have recieved the following regarding the re-union in Edmonton in Summer 2008:

First, I beg your forgiveness if you have already received either an email or letter with details on the reunion. The Reunion Committee is endeavoring in making personal contact with as many as possible and getting the reunion information out there so all gets that personal contact. In doing so, I ask that if you have personal contacts who may be interested in attending and have not received a personal note that you pass this information onto them or back to me so that I can make contact, as I have here. We are hard working into making this reunion as great a success as those of the past. So, mark your calendars, get your registration forms in and if need be make that contact with any of of the contacts listed herein to get any other info you may need.

Here's hoping to seeing you next summer, until then. Airborne.

CANADIAN AIRBORNE REGIMENT REUNION 2008. Although promoted as "The Canadian Airborne Regiment Reunion 2008, the Organizing Committee and members of The Edmonton Airborne Social Club is extending an Airborne Brotherhood welcome for all to attend this reunion. It is strong emphasized that this reunion is open to all past member of the Regiment, members who were in support roles, current members of the Regular Force Parachute Companies, past and current members of the Canadian Airborne Centre, Canadian Forces Parachute Maintenance Depot, aircrews who provided airlift during the past forty years, all members of 1 Canadian Parachute Association, Allied Paratroopers; troopers from the old Parachute Companies, instructors from CJATC and all other paratroopers, whether or not they have served in an active para role.
