What can you tel me about Bofors trailer - UK, USA, Swed, Canadian versions?

I want a trailer for my M3 gun mount bad enough to prosepct in Europe and eslewhere outside the USA. BUT, I do not know if there are variations that are so significant that they will not fit the M3 mount (USA) that I have. Anyone have any info on that?
