Those were the days, never to be seen again. Today it all seems to be destroyed lest it fall into the hands of an evil empire.
I bought my first 19 set in 1970 from a surplus store in North Vancouver. It was brand new, still in the pine box with all the bits and pieces. Cost? $16.95. I seem to remember Sabre Industries in Winterpeg was selling them for a lot more. Mind you, back then you could buy a $50 jeep in a crate!!
