Weight Gain
No No NO! No weight gain! It is considered impolite to leave someone's place heavier than when you got here. Just so you know what's going on when we weigh you upon your arrival!
 Actually, you can be pretty sure & certain of eating well! Get used to the idea of letting the belt out a notch or two... Looking forward to it HH (Jo is a good cook. Before her I weighed 75kg. Now 105kg!)
