Excellent. Thank you for that link Sean, I'll give them a shot if they have a number to reach a real voice. Have been trying to get a real voice through the 1-800 PP number and failing, as you probably read in my last post)

(The local service centres listed in my indstructions pages give addresses for them but no phone numbers. They're the ones in Vancouver and Calgary))
