LP2A carrier owned by Fremantle museum was sold to the winning bidder for $23000 at the Perth Legacy Centre Auction last sunday 22 oct 2006
The carrier had been restored by Jack McRoberts from Perth some years ago and has been restored to almost original. It is a beauty and is painted in Desert camo.
A father / son team from Perth were the winning bidders and they had a lot of competition.
