The descriptions these sellers on Ebay write are far away from fact. It is a Humber, one of the oldests makes of British luxury cars in there time. They got absorbed in to the Rootes Group, along with Hillman, Singer, Sunbeam, Commer, Karrier, etc. As for Viet nam, unlikely to have seen one over there, this one was used in Northern Ireland.
