Default Khaki Drill Jacket

I was recently hospitalized but, at the time, had my trusty laptop with me. So, I was able to pick up a nice khaki drill service dress jacket from ebay. However, being in the hospital, I didn't have access to my reference books before buying. So, when I got home I found the jacket did not match known patterns. The closest I could come - and still not a perfect match - is the photo in "Khaki Drill and Jungle Green" of a KD Royal Marine jacket. Darned close, but the one shown in the book doesn't have scalloped pockets.

Below are the photos from the auction. The jacket bears general service buttons with King's crown. Any idea what I have here?

Thanks,
Tom
