Toronto T-Shirts

Good morning.

I just read this story about Toronto gangs (crime terrorists/bullies) wearing T-Shirts printed with threats to "snitches" ... (threats blatantly meaning "snitch and die")

If true, the arrogance of these gang people is incredible... and can they be arrested for publically threatening peoples lives if caught wearing these T-Shirts? I can't, for the life of me, believe this would be acceptible under the freedom of speech rules. This is a DEFINATE criminal death threat.
