Round nine of "Name that Vehicle!"

Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen, Damen und Herren, Mesdames et Messieurs! Welcome to episode nine of " Name that Vehicle! "
Last night's scintillating contest was won in record time by Nick Balmer of Hertfordshire, U.K. Mr. Balmer, who goes by the sobriquet "Barmy" Balmer correctly guessed "Hungarian Turan I tank."
Well done Barmy! Barmy, a quiet, unassuming chap works for the Hertfordshire Council as a Barrow Inspector. His hobbies include grouse hunting as well as gorse growing, knitting gansies for the gaffer, and chasing off Garyboys from Gaychester.
Mr. Balmer had this to say upon hearing of his win:
"HERTFORDSHIRE! HERTFORDSHIRE! not Herefordshire you flamin' knobber!"
