ACCO Mk1
This is marked as an ACCO 1 Mk1.
 The photograph would appear to have been taken at the International-Harvester factory in Dandenong. The ACCO was the locally developed replacement for the CMP in Australian service, and it's CMP inspiration is fairly apparent. Can any ACCO expert provide more details?
