I've yet to find a Ford with a number stamped on the chassis. It's easy with Australian Chevs - stamped on the front left chassis rail; Fords seem to be only on the data plate.
I've also heard the engine number is also used as the chassis number, but on the data plates this doesn't seem to be true.
