Ah, so public pressure worked again and the digital versions have now been placed on line. There was more than just excessive Army tribalism behind controlling access to these documents, it was the Government and to some extend DND trying to do what they can to limit Canadians finding out how 158 military personnel and billions of dollars were wasted on the war in Afghanistan.
