Default Jeep serial number

My CDN 3 has two data plates. One on the dash panel and one on the forward angle of the right rear wheel arch. Am not aware of another location or somewhere on the frame. Someone who's taken theirs down to bits may be able to advise.

But speaking of 'getting on the road', my 1953 MCI trailer never had a civilian registration and I want to follow your footsteps to getting it papered and plated.
