In my copy of the C15A-04 parts book, there are different cams listed for front (92Y2028) and rear (91T2028), both are Ford part numbers (easy enough to tell by their format). Both are the full circle shape in the image Paul attached above. (i.e. same shape as 91A2028). I'm not sure what the detail differences in the parts are, but there must be something for Ford to have spent the effort to inventory the different parts.

Over to you to search suppliers of Ford parts...
