The locally assembled 1940 models did not have these mods but by 1941 the mods had come into local MCP production . I've seen brass opening inner windscreen frames on various vehicles , the 41 Plymouth army utes I had were examples. That RAAF Dodge pictured would have been a British contract vehicle I would think.
