Default An other rare truck

Hello

I take advantage of the huge knowledge of RICHARD to ask you an other question.
In the book of BART VANDERVEEN, we see in page 164 and 171 pic of DODGE KEW D80; one in 4X2 configuration and the other in 6X4 configuration. Since a long time I am interessed by this british trucks (more than 50 years) I have never seen these trucks in meeting or in pic of WWII.
In relation with the MORRIS COMERCIAL CV We can see the same wheels , similar hood and other parts. Were this truck assembled in the same factory?
