The bore brushes are of American design. It is hard to get a sense of the exact diameter in your photo...it could be 105mm or 76mm.
Carburator: The tag says it is from a White. It would apear the carb is a Stromburg UUR-2 or something similar. See here: https://forums.aaca.org/topic/329402...eds-your-help/
Generally the UUR2 are worth a fairly princely sum according to the link, with the exception of the White military truck. Here is a quote from the link:
