Hi Hanno, interesting thread...
here's a picture from the Dutch beeldbank with a Ford trooper truck in Sumatra. This truck might be ex-Indian Army, as you suggested in an earlier thread, or it was delivered in some stage to the Dutch in the NEI and bodied locally.
