The Studebaker US6 vacuum servo works quite differently to the CMP unit. It uses a remote control valve in the pedal linkage, not a built in valve. If the diameters are the same some parts may be common but I don't think that is the case.
Be aware that there are servos around that look similar to the CMP unit but push instead of pull.
