YOUR DODGE D-15 pictures - wanted!

Look what I´ve found on Pinterest (Source: https://pin.it/huobaqqbo7gxxu) :
an ***original picture of a "Desert D-15"***!!
So it´s no more speculation...the "black swan" truly existed;-)

Very interesting on a side note: the cargo body appears to be a field modification to allow for more space. Someone realised that the rather generous waste of space for a tire holder and spares box could be better used for the cargo body directly neighbouring to the drivers cab;-))

And I do admire the drivers: I took my D-15 2 times to a historic drivers´ venue at Senica/Slovak Republic ("SLOVENSKY PIESKY/SLOVAK SAND"). There is a huge military area which was used during the war by the Deutsche Afrikakorps for training as to their unique natural deep sand deposit. I found it almost impossible to drive there further into the compound without 4WD.
