Chris has very kindly donated two HT battery boxes. They've obviously been used as oddment drawers and the lids are missing, but I'm looking forward to doing something with them.
The boxes are Bakelite and I'll be looking for suitable Bakelite/plastic/Tufnol sheet to make the lids. I'll also need the four metal loops for the canvas straps that are bolted on each side with four small nuts and bolts......If anybody has any I'd be happy to hear from you. So sad that I can't share any of this with Dave anymore!! Ron
