Identification of F15 2WD?

Hoping this is of some help.

Bolt head and nut 7/16 (or 11mm spanner/socket)

Third picture shows total length of clamp strap.

I wrapped the tape measure around the strap.

Images arent great but the focus should be on the tape measure.

First image is misleading, due to phone camera lens but the tape measure is positioned tip to tip from one end of the strap to the other.
