Default Fuel Gauge Sender Ohm Reading

Hi Bob

Just found my notes and measure the sender on my C60S. First I had a real problem getting a steady reading using a digital meter the numbers just keeps changing. Had to use a older analog volt ohm meter.

From my restoration notes empty is 3-5 ohms while full is 35-40 ohms. Measured a pair of NOS AC Model-C got an empty or arm all the way down as 2 ohms and full or all the way up as 30-31 ohms.

Can anybody else confirm these figures? So we can add this to the knowledge base.

Note my C60S is a Pattern 13 with the commercial dash.

Cheers Phil
