It's a very strong leather bag, and both of mine contained the spikes, insulator, pins, guy ropes, and large hammer. (The small hammer is an attractive item and tends to walk.) I'm quite sure it was intended to carry everything except the aerial masts and rods - at least until the masts were installed on the vehicle.
