Default 19th Field Regiment, RCA

Hey all,

I am looking for information on the Canadian 19th Field Regiment. It was part of the Royal Canadian Artillery (RCA).

The majority of the regiment came from Southern Ontario, Canada. Most came from the cities of Guelph, Wingham & London. It was formed in 1942 & received a lot of its training on the West Coast of Canada (British Columbia). It was than sent to England in 1943.

It was attached to the Canadian 3rd Division for a time, before and for a time around D-Day. It served in Northern France, Belgium, The Netherlands & NorthWestern Germany. It ended the war around the Oldenburg area of Germany.

I was also fortunate enough to have Mark W. Tonner reply to this post on another website's forum (Thank you once again! ) I am still curious though if anyone else would happen to have any other information though.

Any information (facts, links to websites, units it fought against, cities it went through, etc...) would be extremely helpful! Thank you for anything anyone at all can give!
