It's a scam. If I'm not mistaken, that picture is of the Panther that ended up going to Jaques Littlefield. That photo was taken in the junkyard in Poland (?) of the guy that sold it to Jaques.
If in doubt, ask the "owner" for some detailed photos of the interior or other specific shots. I lived in Portland Oregon for 50 years and there's not a snowball's chance a panther would have been in someone's backyard without someone locally knowing about it.
