Default Exhaust length

Hi Lynn, I may have an original one to measure, will check tomorrow for you.
I take it English and Canadian ones are the same? Is that hardy board any good for the heat shield??,
looks like the same construction as the original stuff, but without the bad stuff in it. I thought builders
used it around fireplaces in houses at times, and it is about 5mm thick.
