Clarification?
Mike,
I'm pretty sure that it is the WW2 HMAS Sydney in the picture, from the 2 barrels on the main armament. HMAS Sydney in WW1 only had single guns as main armament. The regulation of the wearing of shorts? When was that introduced? Happily stand to be corrected, I might be looking at the wrong image.
