Fascinating, thank you Tony. This thread is very informative, I've been following your progress from far-off Junee! Thanks for giving me something to aspire to, along with a look at such a machine.

More a 'wondering out loud' than a direct question, but I wonder if it'd be right to infer from the plate on the bow that these bows would be the same for the different varieties of 3-ton GS trucks? The bow and body shape appears to be the same in pictures of Dodge, Ford, and the like, and it'd make sense to have a standard set of dimensions. Could I please ask for the dimensions of the GS body, so I can compare with my Inter?
