Rob, in the circles I travel, industrial painting usng the same type of coating had inherrent risk while spraying as well.
Isocyanates are easily inhaled as well as absorbed through the unprotected skin and mucous membranes. Guys who used to piant with this stuff had to take regular blood testing to monitor exposure levels.
