Artillery Regiments used the numbers Q1-Q6 to indicate trucks which came under the QM of the units (cooks, stores, etc). It would not surprise me to hear that other units did something similar, though I would be slightly surprised to hear that an Infantry Brigade HQ had as many as 12 of such trucks.
