Pin dimensions

I have 3 NOS pins and the plunger measures as

overall length 42.50 mm, 1.6735", 1 43/64
pin length 3.48 mm, .137 , 9/64
pin width 4.85 mm .192 , 25/128

Do you have a drawing for the pin housing?
