Clutch plate differences

Some weeks ago I bought a new clutch plate from MacsAuto.
New clutch plate, thinner profile.jpg
It's a nice piece, but I notice the new one has a slightly thinner profile than the original.
There would be approx 3/8" difference.
Will that cause any issues???
