Hi Jordan,
Attached is a photo of a post attached to an original Ford CMP battery holder- the middle photo. I published on MLU the plans for the battery holder which included the studs back on 10-Aug-12 and have also reproduced the studs drawing here. Of interest is the photo of two NOS 1938 Ford passenger car battery holder studs. Other than being longer, they are the same design. Note that the flattened forged end is slightly different shape in each case. Different component suppliers designs maybe? So on that basis the shape may not be too critical to look correct. My drawing of the one taken from a CMP battery holder is more like the stud on the right side. Hope this is of some help to you. Cheers, Jacques
