Mike, Just look to the right of the FONTS and Sizes boxes in the part where you type your message. There is a A then a white smiley
 and then the paperclip.Click on the paperclip and up will come Manage Attachments, choose what you want to upload, ADD it then wait until it is listed then select that photo listing and click on the paperclip again and Hey Presto it works.
