Some medium wheelbase Ford CMP trucks have turned up locally over the last couple of years. I am a long time Chev C8AX owner and carrier restorer, so Fords are not my forte!
What are the key identifying features to determine an F30 from an F60S? I have read about size of steering knuckle, size of wheels, inner chassis skin etc, but these vehicles have been in civvie use for probably 50 years so anything is possible. There are no ID plates remaining, and even registration plates are gone. Any tips please? Rob |
