I may be able to help.
I'm the token RegF guy working RSS at a Militia Unit here in the NCR. I think we may even have an MLVW or two, if not, I'm certain one of the other three Units in the Armoury has one. Books shouldn't be a problem. Anything specific you're after? PM me. Scotty
