There are lots of tire kickers and wishful thinker on any auction site. If the guy really meant $4,500, then he is not likely to win.
In fact, on looking again at the site, the price has now been adjusted to $8680.99. Another just sold a few hours ago for $14,668.99 . I also see one of the DEW engineering produced tire machines sold out of Edmonton for $450. Missing the attachments, but they are a good machine. Now that was a steal.They are essentially a copy of the Coats HIT5000.
