Jonathan, here's the dimensions. Note I didn't take them from your datum (not exactly sure where you meant) but instead used the rear face of the post separating the cab and body doors. See attached pic.

A - 40 3/4" (to floor plate at front of wheel well, same as channel under it)

B - 77" (to rear of wheel well)

C - 81 3/4" (to centre of channel under floor)

D - 92" (to rear of body)

E - 11 1/2" (from floor plate to 18 ga. outer skin)

R1 - 6" (radius of rear corner)

R2 - 2" (radius of wheel well at floor plate)
