Wanted: M38A1 CDN3 door frame hinge

I was thinking about the steel angle for the rod over the door.

The upper hinge attachment is even simpler. A 2" wide steel plate with the front angle to fit inside the windshield and the back edge angled to vertical (if my mind's eye sees things straight). The hole is 7/16 dia, probably for a 3/8 rod. You could fabricate one with plate stock and a section of tubing.
