Default But do they really need to be so complicated?

Hi All

I agree with Keith many of the performance attributes can be met by CMPs, why all the complicated systems. The concept of the CMPs to use parts that were tried and true and off the shelf to build a military vehicle that really does have amazing off road ability is something the modern designers should be taking a look at.

Great fun to go off roading with Humvee's and basically show them that a 70 year old design can go places carrying the same number of people and often leave them looking for away around the trees that are growing to close together or up the same muddy slope.

Cheers Phil
