is this anyone from here ? sold as a NOS sprocket ring....... without any bolt holes to fix it to the carrier hmmm ?????? is it possibly a pattern or is it a fake ? seems weird it being chromed

Here we have a brand new old stock world war 2 ( 1939 - 1945 ) sprocket for a track-drive unit of a BREN-GUN CARRIER.
On the attached lable it says:-
Teeth cut by oxy-acetylene flame gun operated by a pantographic mechanism from a master template.
Item has been chromed but shows very slight rust, which should clean up.
Ideal if your restoring a bren-gun carrier or just to have as a collectors item to display.

I would prefer collection due to the weight but i will post if required
