Take a chain and hook it to one end of the bumper and run it around a tree and hook it to the other end of the bumper..back the truck up til there is a strain on the tree and then have your buddy heat bumper until straight..\
If you don't have a buddy,point it up hill,install chain ..release break til tension on chain..
