Default Anyone have the M38A1Cdn3 parts manual supplement??

I am about to source up some wheel cylinders for the Shilo museum's parade jeep, which is a M38A1 Cdn3. These have the larger and superior 10" self adjusting brakes, and have different wheel cylinders form the regular M38 family. I had a cop of the Cdn 3 supplement, but alas no longer. Could someone look up the wheel cylinders and post the NSNs (or commercial numbers) here?

The CJ5s from about mid 60s also had 10" self adj brakes, and I suspect they are the same brakes as used on the Cdn3, but I want to confirm before I go ordering in the parts.
