Default Doctors visit, 60 cents!!

When I watch the Canadian television news I am dismayed at the many complaints about Canada's National Health Plan.
Just try comparing those figures with California's Health costs. Bite your tongues. If you look at the second or middle marked paragraph of my 1940 leave pass I think you will find it humorous, just think! 60 cents a visit. In the other marked indented paragraph at the top of the page is the immediate solution to any recruiting problems you might have with the new Canadian army. If only we could live in the past. I am sure any of you old vets remember that old army saying, when the troops stop bellyaching it is time to be concerned. Complaining is an indication of satisfaction.

PS: You may have to enlarge the photo to read some of the small print.
