Landsverk Lynx Armoured Cars
The Royal Danish Army had plans for buying 18 ACs type Landsverk Lynx. For financial reasons only three were ordered in Dec 1938. They were delivered 1939 to Denmark, where they got the numbers FP 9 - FP 11.
In May 1939 another nine were ordered followed in Feb 1940 by another six. On 9 April 1940 Denmark fell under German "protection" but Denmark still had an Army. The Swedish Government put the 15 ACs beeing built in Sweden under embargo. The Danish Army also had a Landsverk L-185 (1934) and two L-181 (1936). In 1943 these ACs probably were taken over by the Germans? But what happened to them? Stellan Picture: Danish PV M 39 nr FP 9 on 23 Sept 1939.
